The Invest Wolverhampton team is gearing up to make a splash at the upcoming UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum in Leeds from May 21 to 23. Kicking off the event on Tuesday, Wavensmere Homes and its Managing Director, James Dickens, will be taking center stage to discuss the remarkable transformation of derelict sites into vibrant, sustainable communities.
