Inside Evan Spiegel’s Starter Home in Brentwood: A Look at the Tech Billionaire’s Property Portfolio

Tech billionaire and Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel is making moves in the real estate market, putting two of his Southern California homes up for sale. This comes following the recent sale of his supermodel wife Miranda Kerr’s Malibu home earlier this year.

Spiegel’s “starter property” located in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood is now on the market for $7.45 million. This three-bedroom Spanish-style abode, purchased for $3.3 million in 2014, has been tastefully renovated and offers a serene setting nestled in a canyon surrounded by gardens.

In 2016, Spiegel upgraded to a more lavish compound in Brentwood, which is currently listed for $30 million. This six-bedroom property, measuring over 650 square meters, boasts a Hollywood pedigree after being previously owned by actor Harrison Ford.

The luxurious compound features a grand entrance, a living room with a grand piano, a primary bedroom with a balcony and views, and outdoor amenities including a pool, pool house, and two-story guesthouse perfect for entertaining.

With Spiegel and Kerr settling into their $180 million Los Angeles compound, it seems they are streamlining their real estate portfolio. As these properties hit the market, it’s clear that the tech power couple has an eye for luxury and style in both their personal and professional lives.
