Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Showcases Investment Opportunities at ACRES Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) recently participated in the first edition of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai, which took place from May 16 to May 19, 2024. The event brought together over 40 leading real estate companies, developers, and investors from Dubai, the region, and globally, providing a platform for networking and collaboration.

During the exhibition, SCCI highlighted the investment opportunities available in Sharjah’s real estate sector and emphasized the importance of cooperation and expertise exchange among industry players. Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al-Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, stressed the Chamber’s commitment to supporting the growth of Sharjah’s real estate sector, a key pillar of the UAE economy.

The exhibition served as a valuable opportunity to showcase major real estate projects, boost investor confidence, and attract more foreign and local investments. It also facilitated communication and interaction between property developers and investors, enhancing Sharjah’s reputation as an investment destination.

The ACRES Real Estate Exhibition featured over 120 new projects, many of which focused on environmental sustainability practices in line with the UAE government’s climate change strategy. Developers highlighted projects aimed at enhancing living conditions, promoting environmental conservation, and creating healthy communities with abundant green spaces.

Companies like Shoumous Properties, Alef Group, and Al Thuriah Real Estate showcased their sustainable projects at the exhibition, demonstrating their commitment to environmental preservation in all real estate developments.

The exhibition also included workshops and programs to educate visitors about sustainable living and the importance of investing in smart, sustainable cities. HE Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES Dubai, emphasized the sector’s growth and the exhibition’s role in promoting sustainable real estate projects.
