Luxurious Strathfield mansion to be auctioned after being repossessed
A builder’s dream home, complete with lavish finishes and extravagant features, is set to go under the hammer this Saturday after being repossessed by the lender. Steven Jeitani, the builder, expressed his lack of regrets about the extensive spend on his five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion at 21 Howard St, Strathfield.
The stunning property, which cost $3 million to build in 2018, features top-notch finishes such as Italian marble throughout, a curved glass lift connecting all three levels, and outdoor entertaining areas with a pool and spa. Despite facing financial difficulties due to issues with a western Sydney apartment development site, Jeitani remains positive and plans to build an even bigger and better home in the future.
The mortgagee in possession auction, guided at $6 million, will be handled by real estate agents Norman So and James Kaye from Belle Property. With four interested parties expected to bid, the auction is anticipated to be successful. Despite the setbacks, Jeitani’s grand vision and commitment to quality craftsmanship shine through in his dream home, which is now poised to find a new owner at the upcoming auction.
