Northern Trust Expands with New Development at Eliburn Industrial Estate

Northern Trust, a leading property investment and development company, is excited to announce the launch of their newest development at Eliburn Industrial Estate. The new scheme includes 13 new units across 3 terraced blocks, adding to Northern Trust’s existing ownership at the site.

With unit sizes ranging from 1,091 sq ft to 3,322 sq ft, the new development offers a mix of trade counter units and industrial/workshop units. This expansion brings Northern Trust’s total ownership at Eliburn to over 45,000 sq ft, further solidifying their presence in the area.
