Keller Williams Worldwide Reorganizes KW United Kingdom Region amid Changes

Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW) has announced a major reorganization within its KW United Kingdom region, signaling a significant shift in leadership and operations. The international division of Keller Williams has confirmed that it is now directly contracting with market centers instead of working through a regional master licensee.

This restructuring has led to the search for new candidates to fill the master licensee and regional leadership roles. Former regional master licensees Mark Readings and Taylor are no longer involved at that level, but they continue to own and operate their individual market centers.

However, a liquidation notice has been issued for Grifettey Ltd, the company run by Taylor and trading as Keller Williams UK. According to KWW spokesperson Darryl Frost, Grifettey Limited was the former regional master licensee and is currently undergoing liquidation proceedings.

Despite these changes, KW UK offices and agents are committed to maintaining their high level of service to clients during this transitional period. Frost reassured stakeholders that KW will remain in the UK and that the existing market centers will continue their operations.

William E. Soteroff, president of KWW, emphasized the organization’s dedication to growth and improvement, stating that the recent changes in KW United Kingdom present an opportunity for advancement. The current UK market centers have already initiated collaborations to ensure continued growth, training, and mentorship for all KW agents in the region.

Andrew Benn, operating principal of the KW Advantage market center, expressed excitement about the ongoing operations focused on supporting agents’ growth and success. The top priority for KW leaders remains seeing agents thrive as entrepreneurs in the real estate industry.
