After ending her nearly decade-long relationship with Tom Sandoval, Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix is making moves in the real estate world. Following a bitter battle over their $2 million Los Angeles property, which they purchased together in 2019, Madix has closed on a new home in the Hollywood Hills.

According to sources, Madix has fallen in love with her new $1.6 million mid-century modern property, originally built in 1962. The main level features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan with a connected living room, dining room, and kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware. The second floor boasts a generously-sized primary suite with modern amenities and picturesque views of Los Angeles, including the iconic Hollywood sign.

The new yard is described as an entertainer’s dream, with enough space to host up to 20 people, along with a seating area and meditation deck offering panoramic views.

The move comes after a legal battle between Madix and Sandoval, with Sandoval claiming that Madix owed him $90,000, which needed to be repaid before agreeing to sell their shared home. Madix had previously filed a lawsuit for partition by sale, seeking to sell the property in order to divide the proceeds.

Sandoval, in response, called Madix “petty” for turning down what he considered a fair offer on the property. He claimed to have offered $3.1 million to buy her out of their $2.05 million home, stating that Madix had not paid any bills for the house in months.

The ongoing drama between the former couple continues as Madix starts this new chapter in her life with a fresh start in the Hollywood Hills.
