“Unique Castle with Moat Sold in Queensland: New Owners Ready to Rule”

Ecstatic Queensland house hunters have just become rulers of their own castle surrounded by a moat and private forest green enough to be a Game of Thrones House of the Dragon fantasy.

The “piece of paradise” called Creole Castle, located in a small village between Tully and Cardwell in Far North Queensland, has been sold after several months of searching for its next ruler.

Ross Sorbello of Tully Realty, who marketed the property along with colleague Nitta Morris, described the home as a castle with 21 hectares of private forest and its very own moat. Interested parties had to be screened to ensure they were genuine buyers and not just curious thrill-seekers.

The uniqueness of the property generated a lot of interest, with Mr. Sorbello mentioning that there was a high level of curiosity due to its distinct features. Ms. Morris added that the new owners were drawn to the property because they wanted something with character, something they now have plenty of in their new castle.

The final sale price of the property remains confidential, but it was initially listed at $785,000. Mr. Sorbello noted that the price was adjusted slightly before it was sold.

The new owners have already moved in their animals, although there are no dragons among them. While they don’t plan to rent out the castle experience, they are excited to welcome friends and family to their unique abode.

Living in a castle is a dream for many, and for these lucky new homeowners in Queensland, that dream has become a reality. Welcome to your own piece of paradise, surrounded by a moat and a private forest straight out of a fantasy novel.
