Invest Gatwick Diamond to Showcase Region’s Investment Potential at UK Real Estate Forum

Invest Gatwick Diamond, a collaboration between local and regional authorities and private sector partners, is set to exhibit at the UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in Leeds next week. This delegation, representing Sussex, Surrey, West Kent, and South London, will present the region’s offerings to over 10,000 attendees at the event.

The stand will provide a premier platform for engagement with investors, developers, occupiers, and local authorities throughout the three-day event. Additionally, there will be a Sparkling Wine Tasting event sponsored by Birketts, offering participants the opportunity to learn about the region’s unique viticulture and sample award-winning sparkling wines from the renowned Ridgeview Wine Estate.

Brett North, chairman and chief executive of the Gatwick Diamond Initiative, expressed enthusiasm about bringing the region’s unique selling points and investment potential to UKREiiF. Alison Addy, head of external engagement and policy at London Gatwick, highlighted the importance of promoting the region for inward investment and positioning it as an attractive place to live, work, and invest.

Keith Griffiths, chief executive officer and founder of UKREiiF, welcomed the participation of Gatwick Diamond, emphasizing their commitment to economic growth and regional development. The forum, organized by Built Environment Networking, aims to foster inward investment, stimulate economic growth, and champion sustainability and inclusivity within the property and construction industries.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the investment potential of the Gatwick Diamond region at UKREiiF in Leeds from May 21-23.
