Interpath Advisory Expands Real Estate Debt Advisory Team with New Hires

Interpath Advisory recently made a significant expansion to its real estate debt advisory team with the addition of Simon Mower as a managing director. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Mower will lead the UK real estate debt advisory business alongside new hires Charlie Allanson, Isaac Jermy, and Shelby Arthur, all from KPMG.

This strategic move comes as part of Interpath’s efforts to strengthen its debt advisory practice, led by John Miesner, and to enhance its multi-disciplinary team of real estate specialists. The firm has been making a series of senior appointments across its Debt Advisory team and wider Advisory practice to better serve its clients in the current complex debt market environment.

Commenting on the expansion, John Miesner emphasized the importance of independent advice in today’s debt markets, where investors and businesses are navigating higher interest rates and low macroeconomic growth. The addition of Mower, Allanson, Jermy, and Arthur brings a wealth of expertise to Interpath’s Real Estate team, blending banking, corporate finance, and advisory skills to address the challenges faced by the sector.

Simon Mower expressed his enthusiasm for joining Interpath and highlighted the firm’s commitment to supporting clients in the real estate sector amidst the ongoing macroeconomic changes. He believes that the current market conditions present both opportunities and challenges for the sector, with capital raising playing a crucial role in shaping its future.

With these new additions, Interpath is poised to make a significant impact in the debt advisory market and provide exceptional support to clients looking to navigate the evolving real estate landscape. The firm’s focus on building a strong team of experienced debt advisors underscores its dedication to delivering strategic guidance and solutions to meet the needs of its clients.
