Hilco Real Estate Finance Expands Team with New Appointment and Promotion

Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF) has made significant changes to their specialist bridging division with the appointment of Alexey Shokin as senior business development consultant and the promotion of Patrick Davenport-Jenkins to vice president.

Shokin brings a wealth of experience to HREF, with previous roles at Most Loans, Century Capital, Oracle Wellbeck Partners, Claremont Asset Management, and Mint Partners. His diverse background in the finance industry will undoubtedly strengthen the company’s ability to meet the needs of their clients.

Davenport-Jenkins, on the other hand, has been with the firm for around a year, initially joining as an associate. His previous experience at Arrow Global Group and Morgan Stanley has prepared him well for his new role as vice president.

Brad Altberger, CEO and co-founder of HREF, expressed his confidence in the new appointments, stating, “We are a client-focused organization, and the addition of Alexey and promotion of Patrick strengthens our ability to meet the demands of our clients.”

Both Shokin and Davenport-Jenkins are excited about their new roles, with Shokin mentioning his admiration for HREF’s ability to deliver lending solutions quickly and efficiently, and Davenport-Jenkins expressing his eagerness to contribute to what he believes will be one of the leading real estate lending businesses in the UK.

In addition to these changes, HREF has recently become a patron lender of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), allowing them to expand their network and engage with over 2,500 brokers from over 1,100 member firms.

Overall, these developments highlight the growth and success of HREF’s specialist bridging division and their commitment to providing top-notch services to their clients.
